My UDM-P upgraded the Network Application to 7.4.156 . I see in the Release Notes:

This allows moving clients to different Virtual Networks without the need of putting them on a different WiFi network or by tagging VLANs on ports.

Does this mean I can now identify specific clients to be on particular VLANS, rather than having to have the ports/WiFi networks identified?
Where are the settings to accomplish this?
I see in the devices which are on VLANs currently (through a separate WiFi network), a new field called "Virtual Network Trigger", but I don't see how to change that to a different VLAN or how to assign devices to VLANs that are on the main network.

I work in customer service for a national company and the last few months has seen a massive ramp up in difficult customers.
It’s really taking a toll on our whole team emotionally. Nothing has changed in our approach but people seemed to be much more reasonable or flexible even just a few months ago than we see now.
Today a team member in another state had to call the police on someone who was upset because they thought we had sold them a refurbished product (there was no evidence of this, they just said they could tell it was used somehow) instead of a new one.
We explained it was brand new (we don’t sell refurbished products) and even offered them a full refund OR exchange for a different product.
I see dozens of customers like this across the country.. and we never used to have anyone like this.
So.. is it just us? Are we the problem, Or are you seeing it as well?

Working a job feels like misery. I don’t say that as a “I don’t ever wanna do anything ever again” because I think I would just be bored not having anything to fill my days. But I only want to do what I want to do when I want to do it.
I hate when I talk about being tired and other nannies are like “take PTO and then you’ll be refreshed when you come back” - because my brain doesn’t work like that. It’s like I get a taste of freedom and it makes it even harder to do back. I’ve been off for nearly 3 weeks and I start my new job on Monday but am meeting with the family tonight and I just feel dread all over. I don’t want to do it. Idk if its just demand avoidance (I don’t know if I have a pda profile but I do struggle with some demands) or what but I would be so happy to stay home and be a house wife. I’d love to clean and keep the house in order and run errands and cook. I’d also love to work on things I’m passionate about so I’d still be working but exclusive on my own terms and only when I wanted to. I love childcare and am passionate about birth and post partum mental health and healing. I’d love to be home and work on classes and courses and meet ups and play groups and consulting w/family on sleep or feeding difficulties. But I hate having schedule, I hate having to do things, I hate working on other peoples time.
Getting things done is so hard, I try my best but sometimes the desire to not do things is stronger than my will power to do it anyways. So I know I would struggle to exist either way. But I just feel like it would be so much easier if everything I did was by choice, on my own terms rather than at the will of someone else on their terms. Im so tired of this. I haven’t started my new job yet and as “excited” as I am because I do enjoy being a nanny , I hate it and I already want to quit. I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything besides maternal and childcare as I feel passionately about both. But god do I not want to do this anymore.

Sadly our secutarii and terrax are all moving to Legends status in 10th edition. It really only impacts competitive play, but means no more rules updates for them beyond their initial set.
I think what sucks more, is the fact that nearly all of the 30k range has also been sent to Legends. So chances are, we'll never get official Mechanicum rules (I could always be wrong, but chances seem even more unlikely now).

At my organization we are getting ready to start deploying Windows 11. I've been testing it out in the meantime. For the last 2 years we have deployed Teams with the Microsoft 365 Apps with Teams included. I noticed yesterday on a fresh install of 11, I was getting the 365 apps but not Teams Work or School. Only the personal teams. I don't know if the 365 apps detect that Teams is already installed and stops or if something just messed up on this one computer. According to Microsoft documentation, there are 3 different ways to deploy Teams with Intune.

1. With the current method I'm using, using the Microsoft 365 Apps.
2. Excluding Teams from the 365 apps and deploying with an .MSI.
3. Installing using the new Store apps that has Teams now.

I was wondering how everyone was currently handling Teams at their organizations, especially with Windows 11. I need the Work or School version, I don't care about the personal version. It would be nice to be able to have Teams installed during Autopilot enrollment with the new Store app of Teams, but I don't know if the store app is the exact same version as the .MSI for example or not. I also don't know how the store app would work if I already have teams installed on computers with the 365 Apps. Would I have to uninstall it first before installing the store app? I need to be able to auto update. Any recommendations or suggestions?

New bike to me, bought used a 2023 grom. It has just under 600km. Engine sound is fine, noisy and comparative to a healthy engine from other alike posts here. When in gear and accelerating it almost sounds like the clutch slipping even though it doesn't actually slip. Audibly it sounds the same as brake pads slipping on the brake rotor from a car. Id assume the bike is fine but because it has a previous owner ive no idea the health of the internals aside from the milage. Ill check oil level later today just to verify. Are the transmissions in these normally loud as well? Its noticeable when riding beside a wall. I'd upload a video but I have no way of recording while riding at the moment

An exploration of how grief for Sirius informs Harry's characterisation in HBP. I wanted to talk about the shift in Harry's internal voice from Order of Phoenix to Half Blood Prince, and how his grief, guilt and immense self-loathing for his part in events around Sirius' death informs it. At the end of Order of Phoenix, Harry is a mess - of incoherent, unfocused grief, where he wishes he never wished more that he was anybody else:
"Harry, suffering like this proves you are still a man! This pain is part of being human— ”
"I DON'T WANT TO BE HUMAN!” Harry roared, and he seized one of the delicate silver instruments from the spindle-legged table beside him and flung it across the room
The scene at Dumbledore's office is rife with how much he blames himself for his godfather's death. These feelings manifest in his behaviour in different ways:

1. Refusing meals

When we are first introduced to Harry in HBP, we are told he has shut himself away in his room, filled with "chill emptiness" he associated with Dementors. He has also been refusing meals.
As far back as PS, the deprivation of food is associated with punishment in Harry's head - with Vernon punishing him with "no meals" as early as Chapter 2. Harry tends to not eat during times of intense stress (the lead up to First Task), or when he believes he is punishing himself. The time he believes he attacked Arthur as the snake, he hid himself in Buckbeak's room, refusing Mrs Weasley's call for food. He believed himself to be unworthy, and a contamination at the time - and only once he is assured by Ginny that he could not be possessed, he becomes hungry enough to grab a sandwich Mrs Weasley sent up to the room.
Similarly, the moment Harry steps into the Burrow in HBP, he feels "suddenly hungry", associating the Weasley home as an infusion of life over the emptiness he felt. Essentially, the first two weeks back at Dursleys, Harry was punishing himself for Sirius' death.

1. Connecting with Tonks, Buckbeak

Harry blames himself for Sirius' death so much that he avoids talking about him at all (he wolfs down his breakfast when Ron and Hermione bring him up) and suppresses his grief and rage surrounding the events of OOTP- unless he is sure that the person he is speaking to understands the weight of Sirius' loss. He brings up Sirius willingly only with Buckbeak ("missing him? But you're okay with Hagrid aren't you"), and Tonks ("I miss him too") - two people he was sure are grieving Sirius the way he was (Hermione says Tonks was struggling with survivor's guilt early in the book, and that is the only time Harry speaks up, supposedly finding a connection with another person who blames themselves for Sirius' death: "How does she work that one out?"). I mean he is wrong about what Tonks is truly upset about, but still.
But it is telling that he seeks to connect with her -"I miss him too" but he spends so much of the book externalising and avoiding his debilitating grief that he also cant stand to be around the new "gloomy" Tonks after some time.
He also hopes Remus would write to him - an expectation of a connection from an adult that is quite big for Harry to admit to himself. Remus seems to sense this, and he offers an explanation even though he has never written to Harry before: "I've been underground".
There is also a self-aware moment from Harry, whose hatred for Snape has intensified in the book: He admits to displacing some of his own self loathing and blame onto Snape as to make his own feelings about it easier ("Whatever Dumbledore had said ..(..) he clung to the notion because it felt good and also because he knew the one person who was not sorry Sirius Black was dead was walking beside him")

1. HBP textbook: A new father figure

He gets attached to the Half Blood Prince textbook and gets excited at the possibility that it might belong to his father - even as he knows that his father is a pureblood.
He defends the book to death until Sectumsempra - a book that becomes his guide and friend, a reflection of teenage Snape. The betrayal he feels with Sectumsempra is immense ("a beloved pet gone savage")
Essentially, he makes an old textbook his new friend/ father figure - and him wanting the book to have belonged to James (or any of the Marauders) is one more proof of it. ("It's hard - to know he won't write to me again" Harry admits to Dumbledore about Sirius' death).

1. Going to adults with his theories/suspicions
   In the previous book, Harry avoids going to adults at all unless he really had to or forced to. However, a result of events of OOTP, in HBP, Harry goes to every adult with all suspicions he has - and freely admits to his suspicions and what he does about this. This is a marked change in Harry - he tells Mr Weasley about following Malfoy and asks him to check the manor, he tells McGonagall that he thinks Malfoy is behind the Katie attack (he even admits to McGonagall that he followed Malfoy to Borgin and Burkes) and he even reiterates his suspicions to Dumbledore. Even though he embarrasses his own friends with his suspicions, he is not deterred from letting adults know what he considers a threat.
   
2. Advocacy for Stan Shunpike
   

Harry's anger and advocacy for Stan Shunpike, people Scrimgeour is throwing to Azkaban on false charges. He would have felt upset about it regardless, but Sirius' false imprisonment is a powerful factor in how he feels about these things. (He also notes Slughorn's cosseted existence with disdain: "it was hard to sympathise with Slughorn's cosseted existence when he remembered Sirius, living in cave and eating rats).

1. The Mundungus scene
   The most explicit show of Harry's feelings about Sirius' death comes in full force in the scene with Mundungus outside of Hog's Head. His grief manifests in precise, focused rage in this chilling scene:
   

Harry had pinned Mundungus against the wall of the pub by the throat. Holding him fast with one hand, he pulled out his wand.
Why do I call it a focused, precise rage? Mostly, because unlike the other times Harry is provoked with perceived disrespect to a dead parent, Harry has not forgotten his wand. (Cue the scene in OOTP that he is so angry he just beats up Malfoy with his fists). What Harry has done is not just grab him by the throat, he makes sure Mundungus (who is shorter than him) is nose to nose with him and then threatens him with a wand.
“You took that from Sirius’s house,” said Harry, who was almost nose to nose with Mundungus and was breathing in an unpleasant smell of old tobacco and spirits. “That had the Black family crest on it.”/ "What did you do, go back the night he died and strip the place?"
And he doesn't stop until Tonks magically throws him off Mundungus.
"Harry, you mustn’t!” shrieked Hermione, as Mundungus started to turn blue.
There was a bang, and Harry felt his hands fly off Mundungus’s throat. Gasping and spluttering, Mundungus seized his fallen case, then — CRACK — he Disapparated.
Harry swore at the top of his voice, spinning on the spot to see where Mundungus had gone.
A small tangent - It is not a coincidence that we see Harry's darker and more chilling traits in a book where he is heavily paralleled with Tom Riddle. The parallel is explicit in the scene where he uses his mother's death to guilt Slughorn into giving him the memory. But here is a tiny mention of how Tom Riddle reacts to perceived disrespect to an heirloom from his parent:
That’s right!” said Hepzibah, delighted, apparently, at the sight of Voldemort gazing at her locket, transfixed. “I had to pay an arm and a leg for it, but I couldn’t let it pass, not a real treasure like that, had to have it for my collection. Burke bought it, apparently, from a ragged-looking woman who seemed to have stolen it, but had no idea of its true value— ”
There was no mistaking it this time: Voldemort’s eyes flashed scarlet at the words, and Harry saw his knuckles whiten on the locket’s chain.
There is a parallel, not exactly a neat one - but still quite telling that Harry specifically notices how Voldemort's knuckles whiten around the locket, after Hepzibah pretty much talks about how Merope was essentially robbed. Harry understands, in so many ways than one.
As Ron points out in DH: "You really understand him" and Harry responds with "Bits of him."

 Stasis 2.0 Base Kit 

Crystalline Armor - Collecting a Stasis Shard grants a stack of Crystalline Armor. The buff stacks up to four times and lasts for twenty seconds, the duration is refreshed by collecting Stasis Shards. Each tier of the buff grants 10% Damage Resist, stacking up to 40% damage resist. (This appears visually on the character model, works like woven mail in pvp, and stacks with other DR)
Stasis Shards - Grant 10% melee energy. (Five-second internal cooldown)
Shatter - Damage increased by ?%. (Tbd by people with the numbers)
Fragments
Whisper Of Refraction - Defeating slowed or frozen targets grants you class ability energy and spawns a Stasis Shard. (Higher tier combatants create a max of two Shards, only triggers for this fragment, rewarding higher combatant defeats)
Whisper of Shards - Shattering a Stasis crystal spawns a Stasis Shard and temporarily boosts your grenade recharge rate. Shattering additional Stasis crystals increases the duration of this benefit. +10 Resilience.
Whisper of Rending - Kinetic weapons do increased damage to Stasis crystals and frozen targets. After being in combat for a brief period of time your weapons have increased recoil control and movement speed while aiming down sights.
Whisper of Impetus - Damaging targets with a Stasis melee reloads your stowed weapons and grants you a temporary boost to weapon-ready speed as well as causing your next stasis weapon final blow to spawn a Stasis Shard.
Whisper of Torment - You gain grenade energy each time you take damage from targets. +10 Discipline
Whisper of Rime - Collecting a Stasis Shard restores 10% of your max health. Freezing a target creates a Stasis shard.
Whisper of Chains - While you are near frozen targets or a friendly Stasis crystal, you take reduced damage from targets. +10 Recovery. (DR value down from 40%-30%)

Crystalline Armor would play into the fantasy of a tanky high CC fantasy that Stasis could fit, a lot better than Strand.
According to the other Stasis reddit posts I have read; Stasis Shards need the same treatment as void breaches and firesprites. It's too much to give up a whole aspect for them. (In my opinion)
Hunters Grim Harvest will now appear in an even better form in just a fragment, with Whisper of Refraction.
Titans Tectonic Harvest will appear also with a better form in Whisper of Shards.
Finally, Warlocks Glacial Harvest will be better (Not counting that it's probably the best Harvest) with the Whisper of Rime.
Just to compare this to something like Solar, which is all about scorching, Ember of Sear can spawn firesprites by defeating scorched target, much like these can with all phases of stasis key words.
Oh, and while we are at it, revert the nerf to renewal grasps, for pve.
For some of my other Ideas, I was cooking up a new warlock stasis super.
Winter’s Silence - Summon a giant architectural pillar of Stasis Matter that lasts 45 seconds releasing pulses of stasis matter that freeze all nearby combatants in a ginormous radius. Before it denigrates it releases one final pulse that shatters.
