30F. Height: 5'7 weight: (9 and a half stone) Race: White (also: from Britain). Existing conditions: Asthma, Autism, Depression & Insomnia. BPD. Reflux. Seb derm (on scalp). Medications: Trazodone, 50mg. Fostair 100/6 4x per day. Salbutamol 100mcg up to 4x per day, when needed. Omeprazole 20mg. Smoking: doesn't smoke (only a few times in the past). Drinking: social 1x per week. No rec drug use.

Well, I’ve been taking painkillers and unfortunately, the pain has returned. The pain isn’t intense, but it’s sharp.
Can any further lung issue be ruled out? Also, are there any muscle exercises I could be doing to ease this? Because I don’t want to rely on painkillers for this.

I've maxed the RAM, changed the hard drive and replaced the battery. I even hacked the OS to get catalina on this machine b/c Apple wouldn't allow it.
Still works well but I plug in an external drive every few days to back up.
For the most part this laptop works great, but has issues w/ some programs like google sheets and whatnot.
Would you trade for a MBAir? I used to play w videos for youtube and whatnot but haven't done that in years.
My biggest concern is that I won't get 13+ years out of a new machine b/c they are all self contained.
I keep reading that that you can typically get 7 years out of the newer laptops, but I'm also assuming you can't do any work to them b/c they are all one piece internally. Is this true and are there any workarounds for this? So if it just kicks it's then completely shot? That's my biggest fear.

My gf (29) is in a rough place right now, she is works 15 hrs a day on average on a movie set, she has no time to relax, almost no time for her hobbies, almost no time for me. She hates her job and is determined to leave. She's always talking about how much she hates her job, she sends me several messages about it every day, she talks about it for half an hour straight every night when we're on the phone.
Usually I try to do everything I can to support her through this difficult time, I call her every evening, I help her with basic daily tasks, I do all I can to make her feel better.
But this Monday I had enough problems of my own (work and family issues) and when she texted me about her job, I only replied briefly and then added that I was going to go out to the bar with my friends tonight (I don't usually go to bars on weekdays, but this time I felt like I needed to). When I got home around midnight, I saw about three messages from her saying she'd like to set her workplace on fire, so in my drunken state I replied that she should do it and added a gif of a burning building, I just thought it was funny.
The next day she only replied to all my messages with one word answers and she seemed angry, when I asked her if she was mad at me she said yes because I had unexpectedly gone to a bar instead of attending to her when she was in a bad mood, and then I made fun of her feelings.

well basically early this year i got back into this game. A level 33 trainer with barely any good mons. i was enjoying myself on it and taking gyms for my 50 coins to remote raid on other forums. Like Ho-Oh Kyogre and landorus. then all of a sudden last month. gyms across were being taken over by instinct spoofers. as a community a couple mystics and valors, the most common teams banded together to kick the spoofers out. we knew they were spoofers because there was only 1 instinct player at the time. now every gym is 6 mons instinct and i struggle to get coins. i have to fight for hours just to get 10 or 15 coins and keep going out to get to 50. i used to have surplus coins each day and now rarely get 50. as im writing this post, i have 0 gymmed pokemon and 0 coins, after putting 4 in just 20 hours ago. i usually respect the 8 hour rule but now dont as they dont respect it for us.

Unfortunately it was trash day in my city and instead of finding an alternate route my Uber driver followed the truck the entire time making my drop off time 20 minutes after Uber estimated. Making me late for work. While I completely understand that trash day is not on the fault of my driver, not taking an alternate route is. Do I have a right to complain to Uber?

Hi everyone! I’m in the process of trying to fix my cycle and restore ovulation. I had a provera induced period in early April. Exactly 30 days later I experienced 4 days of period symptoms with no proper period ( just very light bleeding / spotting ). Does this indicate that I didn’t ovulate but my body is still attempting to have a period?
It’s been 15 days since that weird not a period period and I am pretty sure I’m ovulating as I’m having ovulation cramps. So fingers crossed I might get a proper period mid month. Any insight into this would be so appreciated😊

I have replaced battery no my old MBP 15 2014 with some aftermarked battery from Amazon. It works fine in terms of battery life but bothy system status and istat shows locked on 1 cycle. Despite few charging cycles since replacement this does not change. I have reset SMC but it didnt helped.

I'm just at a loss here, really... I (F22) have been struggling with anxiety disorder since I was a child and have been on treatment for it since I was 15, so feeling off frequently was already part of my life. Lately though I don't know what's wrong with my body, I have been sick everyday for months, sometimes with the same symptoms but sometimes it's even different things and everyone just started to assume I'm kinda crazy and not give me credit for whatever I'm feeling. This is driving me insane, I've been seeing all kinds of doctors, taking a lot of pills everyday (that they prescribe, of course) and nothing seems to solve it... It's gotten to the point where I miss work at least once every week due to that and had to drop my favorite hobby wich is lifting because I either throw up or feel very weak and dizzy everytime I try and work out. Mind you, I used to do intense work outs everyday with a lot of weight and feel great just a few months earlier this year. I have headaches everyday, my nose and throat are always weird to the point where I can't smell anything fully, I get really weak and dizzy on some days and feel nauseous 24/7 and not one doctor seems to have an explanation other than "Yeah you have anxiety, right? Here are some antidepressants so you feel numb and stop complaining". I am starting to question whether I really am nuts and producing symptoms in my head or everyone is just dismissing me and not realizing I have some serious health issue that isn't going away. The only real test the doctors have asked for was a general blood test and it seems my cholesterol was high and immunity really really low, but I don't know if that might be it because no one seems to be worried enough to give me any answers. I'm honestly just tired of feeling sick and like my body is giving up on me a little more everyday. At this point I might just go to a psychiatrist and get pills enough to keep a bull sleepy so I don't feel anything and if I'm sick I'll die from it, whatever.
