2023.06.01 13:39 Tasha_Clement Yes, there are some DIY troubleshooting steps and maintenance tasks that homeowners can perform before calling a professional for air conditioning repair. Here are a few steps you can take:
- Check the Thermostat: Ensure that the thermostat is set to the desired temperature and mode (cooling mode). Also, make sure the thermostat has power and fresh batteries if applicable.
- Clean or Replace Air Filters: Dirty or clogged air filters can restrict airflow and reduce cooling efficiency. Check the air filters and clean or replace them if they are dirty. This simple step can often improve the performance of your air conditioning system.
- Check the Circuit Breaker: If your air conditioner is not running at all, check the circuit breaker or fuses in your electrical panel. Ensure that the circuit breaker is in the "on" position or replace any blown fuses.
- Clear Debris Around the Outdoor Unit: The outdoor unit of your air conditioner needs proper airflow to function efficiently. Clear any debris such as leaves, grass, or dirt that may be obstructing the unit.
- Ensure Proper Airflow: Check that all vents and registers are open and unblocked to allow proper airflow throughout your home.
- Inspect the Condensate Drain: A clogged condensate drain can cause water leakage. Inspect the drain line and clean it if necessary to ensure proper drainage.
- Check for Ice Buildup: If you notice ice buildup on the evaporator coil or refrigerant lines, turn off the air conditioner and let it thaw. Once thawed, check for any issues that may have caused the ice buildup, such as restricted airflow or refrigerant leaks.
It's important to note that while these troubleshooting steps can help in some cases, they may not resolve all air conditioning issues. If the problem persists or if you are unsure about performing any of these tasks, it is recommended to contact a
professional HVAC technician. They have the expertise and tools to diagnose and repair complex air conditioning problems effectively and safely.

2023.06.01 13:33 autotldr ‘Unprecedented’ Nova Scotia wildfires expected to worsen, officials warn Canada
This is the best tl;dr I could make,
original reduced by 70%. (I'm a bot)
Officials in the province of Nova Scotia say unprecedented wildfires that have forced thousands from their homes will keep growing despite the "Water, raw muscle power and air power" deployed by fire crews.
The largest ever fire recorded in Nova Scotia was in 1976 and measured 13,000 hectares.
"We've got more fires than we have resources to support them," Scott Tingley, manager of forest protection at Nova Scotia's Department of Natural Resources, said during a news conference, adding the province is prioritizing safety and human life ahead of infrastructure.
On Wednesday, the province's natural resources minister said the conditions Nova Scotia in are "Unprecedented" and expected to worsen.
He said Barrington Lake fire had so far destroyed 40 structures, but added the size and speed of the fire made it difficult for officials to gauge the true scope of damage.
Officials are hopeful that rains forecast for the weekend will slow the largest fires and give crews a better chance at controlling the blazes.

2023.06.01 13:33 WestAd2806 I really don't want to deal with my sister or her problems anymore
So, throwaway for obvious reasons. I am in my mid30s. When I was 2 my dad remarried out of the blue and by the time I was 3, I had a new baby sister, D. In total, with all the stepkids and this new baby under one roof, there were 5 of us kids & even now as adults, we still consider ourselves siblings (even though my stepmom (SM) died in '09). Growing up life sucked because SM devolved to the point of abuse towards us older kids to spoil her little princess, D . Things like D got into trouble so all of us kids got whipped because she was the youngest so we should have stopped her from doing something to get into trouble. D would do things and laugh while we rushed to try and cover it up. D also was physically violent. I can't count the number of times she pushed me off of our trampoline, tried to literally drown me in the pool, or "accidentally" hit me with baseball bats or brooms or tree limbs. I once broke several fingers because she jammed the front wheel on my bike causing me to flip end over end. Then, she tormented me while my fingers were in the little metal casts by constantly trying to grab them or slam them into cabinet doors. My SM would punish me for "tattling" on D when she would hurt me because "it was an accident." I have been diagnosed with several stress disorders including PTSD from living through this hellscape of a childhood.
My other siblings either moved out or were kicked out over the years until there was no one left but me and D. I ran away from home as a young teen to get away from this situation (my dad was determined that my mom would never be allowed to have custody of me but that is another toxic story).
D became a teen mom, dropped out of school & was arrested several times. Then, her mom died which is terrible for anyone to deal with, I admit, and she continued to spiral. Her baby died under suspicious circumstances. She had several more children in rapid succession who each were eventually taken from her by the state for various reasons but most often for drugs. She was in & out of jail. My dad bent over backward trying to get her help, paying her fines, paying her rent, letting her live in his home, etc. She would rob him and run off again. He quit trying eventually after she stole $16,000 and some quilts that my deceased grandmother had made about a year ago.
She had disappeared for some time (I hadn't actually hadn't seen her in about 4 years). My brother called me yesterday in despair. She has resurfaced living in a rusted-out trailer with no power or running water. She has been on meth so much that she is skeletal and looks easily 60y/o. She has two toddlers with her (number 6&7, I think). My other siblings have rushed to her aid for the sake of the children. (I live 14 hours away in another state.) As of last night, D is at my brother's house now with her kids. Apparently, D started crying (like she always does) & saying that she is living like that because she "doesn't have anyone" and she's all alone.
My oldest sister called me on the way to see D at my brother's house and gave me a speel about how she needs us and my "Christian duty" and how we "don't want another child to die." But, F**K that! I will happily take in D's kids because they are innocent victims in all this but I NEVER will let that evil woman back into my life. I tried right after her mom died because I felt sorry for her (you know dead mom and dead child and all that). I let her move into my home. She tried to seduce my husband and stole from me WITHIN THE FIRST 3 DAYS!!! It might be wrong of me but just no, never again.

2023.06.01 13:31 AirlineEasy How to prepare for an AeroPress Championship
I’m a regional AeroPress 2nd place holder (losing against the three time current regional champion), and lost in the first round against our current national AeroPress champion in the national championship. When I’ve spoken about my experience it had some interest, so I thought it might be a good thing to write a little summary of my findings.
An AeroPress Championship is a competition in which you brew a coffee with an AeroPress, normally at the same time as two other competitors, which then normally three judges taste, without communicating with each other, and then choose the best-tasting one, by pointing to the winning cup. The name of the contestant is written under the cup, and switched places before the judges taste them, so there should be no way of knowing who’s cup is which.
There are three rules that must be observed:
- You can’t use more than 18 grams of ground coffee.
- You must present a coffee of at least 150ml.
- You have to brew and present it within 5 minutes.
You can grind and heat your water before the timer starts. The beans for the competition will normally be ones from the organizers or sponsors of the competitions. They are the same for everyone. They will be made available for the participants 10 days before the competition, either for pick-up or by sending them to you. You’ll get one bag of 250 grams of beans, and another bag of the same size the day of the competition.
In those 10 days, you can experiment with the beans all you want. Keep in mind that if you use 18 grams of beans each time, you can only brew 13 cups, so be mindful of how you use the beans.
For me, the best strategy was first picking up a well-renowned good water for coffee in my country. You can try different waters and do a cupping first if you really want to nail the water first, but it takes a lot of effort (you have to brew each water independently), and I don’t think you get much out of it in the beginning.
From there use a well-known to you recipe that you normally use for the AeroPress. For me, it was the James Hoffman Method:
- 12g beans
- 200ml water
- 100º C water
- 2:00 shake, 2:30-3:00 press.
Now you have a baseline for what it tastes like, and you can experiment. The good thing is that all variables are defined and there is somewhat of a golden zone.
Water: You should look for a well-renowned water for being good for coffee in your country. Other than that, I know that Calcium, Magnesium, and alcalinity are important for coffee extraction, but not enough to tell you the exact proportions, sorry. You can go as deep on this as want. You can use a Britta or BWT Filter, you can buy water packets from specialty coffee vendors, or you can create your own with distilled water, and then calculate the quantities of sodium bicarbonate and magnesium sulfate you need to add to get the quality in the water that you want. This will give you very marginal gains in terms of taste, much much less than having a good recipe, so I’d say that unless you know what you are doing, at most buy a few easily available and well regarded waters, and with your recipe determined, try which one tastes best.
Temperature: Most recipes recommend brewing between 80º C to 100ºC, so try 3 brews changing only temperature, 90ºC, 80ºC, and 100ºC. I recommend trying with 90ºC first because it is more likely to being close to optimal, so you’ll have a decent reference to start from. The generally accepted wisdom is that darker roasted coffee is preferably brewed at a lower temperature, and lighter roasts at almost boiling temperatures. I’d say lately the lighter roasts being better at boiling points affirmation has been more in contention, especially with experimental fermentation coffee. In any case, taste is king.
Brew time: Most recipes start from at least 1 minute. Since you have a 5-minute time limit to make and serve the coffee, I would recommend not brewing more than for 4 minutes. Keep in mind that you’ll also have to prepare the AeroPress, pour the water, and cool down the coffee in that time. Technically the longer you brew it, the sweeter the coffee will be, but extraction can be sped up with stirring. Stirring is less likely to be consistent brew to brew so be wary of that, since you’ll be going round through round with the same recipe, and its a good thing to be consistent.
Grind size: Start with the grind size recommended for the AeroPress for your grinder, and go finer until you notice astringency (it dries out your mouth) and go one step coarser. That’ll be the perfect grind setting for you. They’ll most likely offer you a few different grinders during the competitions, but if you don’t know the perfect setting for your recipe on that grinder I would refrain from using them, even if they are much more sophisticated, because it’ll most likely produce different effects on your recipe. It has been said that grinding twice, first very coarse and then those ground beans to the final desired size may be beneficial, as it may be a way to reduce ultrafines and create a more even grind, and the current AeroPress World Champion has certainly done so, but I do not think that she won solely because of that.
Proportions of coffee and water: This is a difficult one. The AeroPress can hold at most about 300ml, and that would be pushing it. If you brew normally some of that will bypass the coffee without actually extracting much, which will the reduce the strength of the coffee compared to using the inverted method. This is not necessarily a bad thing just something to account for when trying recipes. Since you can use only 18g or less and the AeroPress can only hold about 300ml you have two upper limits here, which coincidentally makes for a somewhat golden zone ratio, as that would be 1 part of beans to 16 parts of water (also normally expressed as 1:16) You can manipulate it by using more water after brewing but it is a good reference to have. I’ve seen people go as low as 1:20 and as strong as 1:10. So that would be 10 grams and 20 grams of ground beans for 200ml of water, respectively. It has been said that bland coffees benefit from using stronger ratios, and flowery and experimentally processed coffees from milder concentrations to let the smells and taste develop, but I’d say it is very bean specific. Just determine it according to your own taste.
Filters: According to the official rules you can use any kind of filter as long as you use the normal filter cap from the AeroPress itself. You can use official paper filters from AeroPress itself, the fairly recently produced official metal Aeropress filter, or a cloth one if you want. I’ve also seen competitors using two paper filters at the same time, and Aesir filters, which are a premium type of filter said to provide more clarity.
Other considerations: Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that the judges will taste the coffee short after brewing it, so if it is still hot, it will not be judged favorably. I have an external thermometer so I’ve determined that the optimal serving temperature for me was 65ºC, which I managed to reach quickly by switching the coffee from mug to mug a few times to get it to cool down quickly, because the heat of the coffee will dissipate in the cold mug. Optimal drinking temperature has been said to be 60ºC, so I keep it a little higher because I don’t know how long the judges will take to cup the brewed coffee. Keep in mind that the judges will base their judgments of your coffee by sipping the coffee (loudly) from a spoon, much like cupping, so the whole brew won’t be judged as such, just those sips. Make sure you optimize taste for this, then.
While calibrating your recipe keep in mind to only change one variable at a time, and in order to do comparative tasting I would actually recommend using more than one AeroPress if you can to keep the brewed coffee temperatures similar at the same time.
On the day of the competition I’ve seen people spread out their beans to filter out defect beans which can improve flavor. I’ve also seen the Kruve and other sifters being used to filter out the ultrafines after grinding, as they have a tendency to overextract and taste bitter. If you have it and want to use it do so by all means, but otherwise I wouldn’t even entertain the thought.
Final thoughts: I would like to clearly state that I only wrote this out to put a method to my own process of optimizing a recipe for a specific bean as a learning process, and that the most important part of participating in an AeroPress competition is having fun, getting to know other people that have the same passion as you, make new friends and grow as a person. At the end of the day, you can think you have the best recipe ever, but if it is not according to the tastes of the judges there is nothing you can do, so relax and have fun. You are likely to see people who have been years in the industry with very expensive tools, but don’t let that intimidate you, because in my experience they are as likely to win as the newcomers if their recipe is more according to the tastes of the judges. Everybody there will share the same passion as you for the beverage, so take the opportunity to make some friends in the industry.
I hope this text gives you a little bit of direction in the search for the perfect AeroPress recipe! Also, feedback is extremely welcome!

2023.06.01 13:27 Beneficial-Muffins Emergency rescue
| Hi everyone, I ended up with a turtle (Will) after the unexpected passing of my grandmother. (It was abandoned at her house a month ago after being asked to "watch" it by a "friend" who never came back) It's about an inch and a half, maybe two inches big but thats pushing it. I realize in normal circumstances this buddy wouId be identified as a baby, and should grow quickly, but I'm told he's at minimum 3 years old, which is what was said by the owner when asked by my gran, so I believe he may be stunted from being in such a small tank for so long. He lived in a roughly 6 inch by 8 inch plastic drawer with less than a half gallon of water, and has been fully aquatic his whole life. The little cube on top of the large tank in the second picture was his entire life for years. Nothing but gravel and water. But I'm hoping to give little friend a much better and happier life. Will's currently in a 20 gallon, and I do plan on setting him up with a much larger enclosure as he (hopefully) grows. (I was contemplating a kiddie pool) For now though this is his current set up in pic 1. Items he has (pics included) : He has a turtle rated carbon waterfall filter, some fake aquarium plants to hide in, a float raft that rises and lowers with the water level for him to bask on that stays completely dry on top, a 75w heat bulb and lamp, and a plastic spoon rest on the shallow end of the tank to give him another dry spot for the moment. (I'll likely buy a small branch or log to replace it, he's just so little and needed a spot to rest so I gave what I had, though so far the spoon does seem to be his preference) I'm currently waiting for a water heater and a double pack of thermometers to monitor the tanks and waters temp to come in the mail. He's been in room temp water this whole time so I let the tank come to room temp before putting him in, I figured it wouldn't hurt him as long as the temperatures were similar. I plan on buying a water kit today for cycling purposes as well. For food he's been getting turtle pellets and meal worms, and I feed 2x a day removing leftovers that go uneaten after a few minutes. So I know somethings about RES and I don't know quite a bit, here's what I need help on. Cycling the tank (getting a testing kit today). I've got a rough idea, but fine tuning it is where my difficulties begin, I've done research but I'm finding it difficult. Lighting requirements. I know I have a basking bulb, but will he get the UV rays he needs from that? Both A and B? I don't want him missing any more vital nutrients from those rays, we do NOT need MBD, lil friend has struggled enough. Water heater. Is there any chance he can burn or hurt himself on the water heater? I plan to put one in to keep an ideal water temp but I worry about him trying to be on it. Any suggested heating parameters? Is there anything I might be missing to make him happier and healthier? I've already given him a very gentle tooth brush bath because his shell was just covered in algea, and he seems to be quite happy in his new home. I'm just a worried new Turtle Mum looking to give my new friend a safe and happy life. submitted by Beneficial-Muffins to Redearedsliders [link] [comments] |
2023.06.01 13:26 SaladDioxide What on earth could've this meant?
I had the dream last year but I am still so confused. Me and my mom were biking somewhere uphill (location near my home, similar enough to reality) and we ran out of water. Our solution? We ate sand. We literally got off our bikes and then shoveled handfuls of sand into our mouth. I don't remember if it worked.
If it helps, we ended up at the gas station cafe towards the end of the dream, where I ordered tea, then immediately left to go into the customer bathroom to take a shower???? I don't think I had a fever, so I have no idea why it was so unusually weird.

2023.06.01 13:22 Tasha_Clement What are the common signs that indicate the need for air conditioning repair?
Insufficient Cooling: If your air conditioner is blowing out warm or insufficiently cool air, it could indicate a problem with the compressor, refrigerant levels, or other components that require repair.
Frequent Cycling: If your air conditioner turns on and off frequently, known as short cycling, it may indicate an issue with the thermostat, electrical components, or airflow restrictions that require attention.
Strange Noises: Unusual or loud noises such as grinding, squealing, or banging sounds coming from your air conditioner can be a sign of mechanical problems or loose components that need to be repaired.
Poor Airflow: If you notice weak or limited airflow from your air conditioning vents, it could indicate a blockage in the ductwork, a malfunctioning fan, or a clogged air filter that needs to be addressed.
Water Leaks: Leakage or pooling of water around the indoor unit or excessive moisture on the refrigerant lines can be indicative of a condensate drain blockage, a refrigerant leak, or other issues requiring repair.
Foul Odors: Persistent musty or foul odors emanating from your air conditioner may indicate mold or bacterial growth within the unit or the ductwork, requiring professional cleaning and repair.
High Energy Bills: A sudden increase in energy consumption without any change in usage patterns may indicate an underlying issue with your air conditioner's efficiency, such as a faulty compressor or refrigerant leak, which needs to be addressed to reduce energy costs.
Inconsistent Temperature: If certain areas or rooms in your home are significantly warmer or cooler than others, it could indicate improper airflow, ductwork issues, or thermostat problems that need to be resolved.
If you notice any of these signs, it is advisable to contact a professional HVAC technician to diagnose and repair the specific issue with your air conditioning system. Prompt repairs can prevent further damage and help restore efficient cooling performance.

2023.06.01 13:17 AlexWayhill Neutered cat keeps on yelling
Meow, folks,
I am the happy host of 2 male cats that I adopted about 3 years ago, they should now be around 3.5 years. The two had been found in the desert of Dubai, at the age of around 6 months, close to a busy highway. After a long way, they arrived in Germany and waited for adoption, I was so lucky to be the one to finally take them home. The two are brothers, but have a very different personality:
While Merry is a laid-back cat, who enjoys belly rubs, a little bit of hunting and who generally chills a lot, Pippin is always in a hurry and has problems to ever sit in one place for longer than a minute. His head and entire body are more slim than Merry's, it seems, he might have been the smallest one in the cat litter and might have a slight maldevelopment, at least that's what I guess and my vet also agreed with.
Pippin keeps on yelling, at walls, doors, the open air. He yells at the neighbors when he is on the balcony. In the morning he makes sure we won't sleep longer than 5:30 AM. I will never give him away for anything, but it seriously gets on our nerves. I wouldn't say there is a reason for his screaming, as he has plenty of space, there are several walkways and sleeping places available, food and water is available, he gets a lot of attention from us and is never alone, as his brother cuddles a lot with him and vice versa. Only thing is, that he can't go outside, as we live in the second story of an apartment building and couldn't mount a ladder or something comparable onto the balcony. if it is of any relevance, his race is Arabian Mau.
Is anyone in a comparable situation or has an idea what to try?
Purr and out :-)

2023.06.01 13:15 Loud_Bench3408 Accessories help for newbie
Hello,
I own a GoPro Hero 10 and I have question about some accessories:
- Is the `Protective Housing` worth? I know that by default the camera is water proof, but I want to make sure I protect it under water and when I go biking.
- Do you recommend having some ND filters? I am a newbie in photography, but I am learning. For example I was surprised how much of a difference the filters made on a DJI Mini 2.
- I saw on my trips many people with very extensible sticks. The only one I managed to find is this [one](https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/gopro-el-grande-griff-hero-7-gopro-hero-334-hero-6-action-cam-zubehoer-6198927), but it says it's compatible with GoPro 6 and 7. I want something that extends and which allows me to film when I press a button on the stick. I don't know if such thing exists, thus my question.
Thank you very much in advance.

Recently moved here from Vancouver, and the mosquito population is nuts here. I read up on it prior to moving, but of course it was much worse than I imagined it was going to be. Will be purchasing screen windows very soon (if I can't get my landlord to lmao) and will try to place a water trap outside to keep them from laying eggs near my house.
Does anyone have any other recommendations to keep them out of my home? I understand their importance as a food source to many animals and don't want to go on a massive extinction pursuit, I mostly just want them out of my home!

2023.06.01 12:58 moonlightair How do I clean wooden floors without a mop ?
I would like to clean my boyfriends floors by using a mop and a mop bucket.
I am 24 and usually clean my Mums wooden floors by filling the mop bucket with water, add a wooden floor cleaner solution, submerge the mop head in the bucket and wring it out in the mini basket wringer (I don’t know what it’s called).
I make sure the mop is damp and not dripping wet so that I can properly clean the floors.
My boyfriend [28M] says that I should immediately dry the floors and not leave it to dry naturally because it will ruin the floors.
I understand that excess water can ruin wooden flooring but I don’t know how else to clean the floors if not with a damp mop and a bucket.
He wants me to dry the floors after but I don’t know how. I’m 24 and grew up with Women so I know how to clean floors but I do not want to disrespect my boyfriends home by mopping the floors without “drying” them.
He wants me to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor instead of the mop because he thinks mopping is pushing dirty water around?
He knows how to tidy but I don’t think he knows how to clean (his Mum does a lot for him). At the same time, I can always learn new things but in this case I don’t know how else he’s expecting me to clean the floors. Hes mentioned me going on my hands and knees to manually clean them but that sounds ridiculous and I don’t know what to do.
Any advice would be appreciated :)

2023.06.01 12:46 SeriousDookie My weird experience with fires in southern Oregon, thoughts?
I own land in Klamath county Oregon, in a “town” of less than 100. I’ve lived all over the west coast and the mountain regions, but this was different.
During fire season, things got odd. This was in 2020-2021 especially. I noticed many fires within a short period. It would be a regular occurrence to wake up to smoke billowing over my land from a new fire.
These fires were all visible to me from my home sometimes over a hill, sometimes I could see flames. One night I had a dream of a wall of fire and within a few days my closest neighbors old property in the woods burned down. He wasn’t there, nobody was.
When the fire fighters came, they had new fires starting when the other fire was being put out in my neighborhood, but the little ones were going against the direction of the wind and blocked by hills, rocks and trees, etc. and shouldn’t have been spread by the previous fire. so they had to do extra investigations and couldn’t figure out how it would be possible to naturally spread like that when the fire clean up was already finishing up.
They used a water tank plane on my neighbors small property because it was already putting out 3 other forest fires started within 24 hours, in the same area within a few miles
Sometimes there would be up to a dozen large fires including big forest fires within a week. Often times by the River down the road and also towards crater lake area
I also noticed a lot of these were in a line visually, not an exact line but a general geographical line on a large scale meaning it’s like they were being burnt methodically for periods of time. Over a large area.
The military has a base in Klamath falls nearly 60 miles away and fly over often, also the trails in the sky sometimes were at insane levels during this period. (No idea if they’re related with fire)
The explanation of these fires varied, often times there would be a controlled burn, then they’d repost the same story but say it was a forest fire and it was a surprise. Which I thought was odd. Some were possible arson or garbage burning.
The weirdest moments for me were when they were saying it was caused by lightning on sunny blue days with very few clouds.
An area nearby where I go for solitude in nature, was nearly complete burnt in the bootleg fire. It is a very secluded area away from anything. It just so happens to be where a monument is for the only world war 2 enemy bombing site in mainland usa. when a bomb took out school kids outside in the forest during world war 2.
Now I only mention those details to explain that this area gets very weird mysterious vibes and I’m not very superstitious but something just seemed … off and bad.
Thoughts?

A water audit is a comprehensive assessment of water consumption, distribution, and utilization within a specific area or facility. It involves examining water supply systems, identifying leaks or inefficiencies, and recommending measures to improve water conservation and efficiency. Water audits aim to provide a detailed understanding of water usage patterns and identify areas where improvements can be made. Importance of Water Audit Services Effective water management is vital for various reasons. First and foremost, it helps conserve water, a precious resource that is depleting at an alarming rate. By identifying and rectifying leaks, inefficient fixtures, and wasteful practices, water audits contribute to reducing water consumption and conserving natural resources. This assessment helps identify leaks, pressure issues, and areas of improvement. Once the assessment is complete, the audit team analyzes the data collected to identify patterns, trends, and areas of inefficiency. They then provide recommendations tailored to the specific needs of the client, which may include upgrading fixtures, implementing water-saving technologies, or changing water usage practices. Regular monitoring and follow-up audits ensure that the recommended measures are effectively implemented and any further improvements are identified. Key Components of a Water Audit A comprehensive water audit typically includes the following components: Water Consumption Analysis This involves assessing the volume of water consumed over a specific period and identifying the main areas of consumption. Infrastructure Inspection The inspection includes a thorough examination of pipes, valves, fixtures, meters, and other components of the water supply system to detect leaks, malfunctions, or inefficiencies. Water Loss Assessment Water loss assessment involves evaluating the level of non-revenue water, which includes both physical losses (leaks) and commercial losses (unbilled or unauthorized water usage). Water Efficiency Evaluation This component focuses on assessing the efficiency of water fixtures, appliances, and irrigation systems to identify opportunities for improvement and water conservation. Conservation Recommendations Based on the findings of the audit, specific recommendations are provided to enhance water conservation, improve efficiency, and reduce wastage.
